President
- In charge of production, event management, point of contact for speakers
- Helping them with resources (from TEDx)
Vice president
Getting finance team, designing team, curators and others on track .
Helping them with resources (from TEDx)
Curator (the one who chooses the speaking list) Can be organising some kind of a selection process, and or a criteria
Executive producer
- Assists in planning with details of the event (stage tech, production etc.)
- Could be a leader (in charge for others in the group)
Event Manager - Puts together the whole event, in the format of a TEDx event, following certain criterias they have
- Check with food
- In charge of ticketing
Design Team
- Create logo and help in branding
- Figuring out the TEDx blocks
Video & Production lead
In charge of filming the full event - Could form as a small group
- Responsible for cutting clips and maybe cutting individual talks
